Ensemble VocArt

Ensemble VocArt is a vocal ensemble from Ulm that is primarily dedicated to a cappella literature for small ensembles. The focus is on sacred works, but secular literature can also be found in the vocal quartet’s repertoire, which extends into the modern era. The members of VocArt are all present in Ulm’s musical life, as are the ensemble’s chamber music partners. For example, the Ulm church music directors and organists Friedrich Fröschle and Albrecht Schmid are frequent partners and companions of the ensemble.
