Ensemble VocArt

The VocArt ensemble is a vocal ensemble from Ulm that is primarily dedicated to small-scale a cappella literature. The focus is on sacred works, but secular literature is also part of the vocal quartet’s repertoire, which extends into the modern era. The members of VocArt are all active in Ulm’s musical life, as are the ensemble’s chamber music partners. For example, Ulm’s church music directors and organists Friedrich Fröschle and Albrecht Schmid are frequent partners and companions of the ensemble.
