Edition Hibana

A publishing house is a cultural interface when it comes to language(s). At Hibana, there is space for everything unique and peculiar, rare and enchanting – in short, everything that inspires wonder and brings a smile.

As a publisher, I make books. As a reader, I enjoy sharing what has left a lasting impression on me. As a literature enthusiast, I make sure books reach the people who love them.
That’s why I organize my own reading series in cooperation with various institutions in the Ulm and Neu-Ulm region. In 2012, I founded the “Literaturwoche Donau” (Danube Literature Week) at Ulm’s “Griesbadgalerie”, which has been supported by “Literatursalon Donau e. V.” since 2016.
