Inspired by the alternative rock of the 90s, 4 musician friends founded Mental Freeze in 1992. In a classic line-up with 2 guitars, bass and drums, they created powerful and stormy rock songs with a melancholic note. After a few brilliant concerts in southern Germany, the band called it a day in 1995. But the story wasn’t over yet and after more than 25 years, the band started rehearsing and writing new songs again, following the spirit of that time. The first successful shows after the restart started in December 2022. The band says that this has definitely whetted their appetite for more and is looking forward to many more gigs in the coming years.
