Oratorienchor Ulm

The Ulm Oratorio Choir was founded in 1890 as an independent association for the inauguration of the cathedral tower. As a mixed concert choir, it performs a wide range of sacred and secular choral works in two to three concerts a year and is also frequently requested for various projects. In recent years, the oratorio choir has performed works by Dvorak, Mozart, Rutter, Bach, Brahms and Mendelssohn. They have also performed together with the Münsterkantorei Motettenchor at the Schwörkonzert. Since September 2014, the musical direction has been in the hands of Thomas Kammel, trained church and school musician, teacher and concert singer from Heidenheim.
