Theater Mücke

Interactive theater experiences for children aged 3 and up – in a child-friendly setting and with great attention to detail – that’s what Theater Mücke stands for.

The permanent venue, located in the Upper Danube Bastion, seats around 40 guests right in front of a small stage. Children naturally become part of the performance and help shape the story. They feel taken seriously and get to experience culture in a way that’s tailored to their age. Genuine emotions, live handmade music, and direct interaction offer a valuable contrast to today’s screen-heavy world.

For daycare centers, Theater Mücke also offers workshops either before the performance – to prepare children for what they’ll see – or afterwards, to help deepen their experience.

Custom theater projects at preschools and schools, vacation performance programs, and hands-on theater tours at the Danube Swabian Central Museum round out the cultural offerings.
