All content on the culture platform (text, images, graphics, design/layout, lettering, and logos) is protected by copyright. Data or information from the culture platform may not be reproduced or distributed without the consent of the operator; modifications are not permitted. The use of all information and data is subject exclusively to German law. The general terms and conditions of the culture platform apply.

The use of published contact data by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example through spam or mass emails.

All data collected for the culture platform will be used exclusively for the purposes of this project. Only data that is marked accordingly when entered in the forms will be published on the internet. No other data will be published or passed on to third parties. Individuals and cultural institutions that create a profile on the culture portal agree to the publication of the data they have entered on the internet. The publication can be revoked at any time and the profile on the website can also be deleted.

Errors may occur during the digitization of data. Differences in the display of data may arise when using different browsers for the World Wide Web and due to different software settings.

The culture website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content and design the City of Ulm has no influence. The City of Ulm accepts no responsibility for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content and design. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was found at the time of linking.

However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove such links immediately.
